Quality 1st Appliance Center was founded in 1985 by the late Frank Tills. The guiding principle of this family owned company was to provide Quality products and services with Integrity. We have experienced tremendous growth over the past few years and have expanded into many facets of the appliance business from retail sales and service to appliance wholesale, recycling and a full range of new and used appliance parts.

Our company has built a reputation in the upstate New York area as a company built on a solid foundation of trust and integrity and we stand behind everything we sell. As our business has grown, we have been able to provide jobs to people who can share in our corporate vision. We participate in the "Welfare-to-work" and "Buffalo Works" program he in the Buffalo area.
